This fantastic room can be hired on weekdays - function depending - or weekends for private functions / parties.
Standard Room Hire Costs are as follows :-
Due to our weekly evening events, the room can be hired throughout the day (up till 5pm during the week) and also Weekends.
Morning or Afternoon Hire - Weekdays / Weekends - £10 per hour (Before 6pm) £15 per hour (After 7pm).
Friday / Saturday Evening For Private Party / Functions - £120
Sunday Evening For Private Party / Functions - £100
Standard Function Times: From 7:00pm, 11:30pm Bar - 12:00am Finish
When booking your function, for Insurance and Security purposes, our resident D.J is to be used. We have a vast archive of songs and can cater for all genres of music - D.J cost - £150. This cost includes the in-house lighting and sound system. Please ensure a list is provided before the event for any special song requests.
Room will be available from 3pm onwards for evening functions, unless an afternoon function is booked on the same day. In this instance the room will be available after 6pm.

What About Catering?
We also offer several menu choices ranging in price to suit all needs - If you wish to provide your own catering then an additional charge of £30 is added to the room hire, to cover setup / table banquetting covering and clean-up.

Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of £40 is required to secure the room hire and an additional £50 to secure the DJ. This payment is to be made within 7 days of the initial confirmed enquiry.
Full Payment less deposits paid, is to received 14 days prior to the event date. Failure to pay the outstanding balance within these stated times could result in cancellation of the room hire under the terms stated.
We also cater for 18th and 21st Birthday Parties - Please Read Terms and Conditions Below
All 18th / 21st Parties are subject to an 11:30pm Bar - 12:00am Finish Time
For 18th and 21st Birthday Parties a £500 Retaining Bond is required in addition to the room hire fee of £400. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is to be paid within 7 days after the initial confirmed enquiry. Final payment (room hire and bond), less deposit paid, is to be received within 14 days prior to the event date. Failure to pay the outstanding balance within these stated times could result in cancellation of the room hire under the terms stated.
The £500 bond will be returned 'in full' after the event providing no damage was caused to The New Firs - Entertainment Venue. Any costs incurred due to damage will be agreed and deducted from the bond.
Two Registered Door Security are also a condition of the booking at a seperate cost of £15 + VAT per person / per hour with a minimum contract of 4 hours each. All registered door staff are employed on behalf of Sapphire Management Services UK Ltd
